In 2005 Tobias Emil Jensen and Tore Gynther started to brew in the school kitchen. In 2010 they founded their brewery To Øl (Danish for Two Beers)

The approach is to always use the best raw materials, never make compromises with the taste, don’t follow fashion or certain styles and always have an open mind.

To Øl don’t own brewing equipment, but brew at other breweries instead..
