In 1994 was the old brewing tradition in Haarlem restored. To mark the 750th anniversary of Haarlem Haarlem Beer Society went into the archives, looking for authentic recipes for a special anniversary beer fromHaarlem. The result: Beer Jopen Hoppe, made according to an original recipe from 1501. |
